Madras University Result 2026: The University of Madras has announced the results of the UG/PR/PROF. Examination held in November 2025 on February 27, 2026. The results along with the corresponding marksheets are now available online for the candidates who appeared in the semester examinations.The candidates who appeared in the November 2025 UG, PG, and professional degree examinations can now access the results through the official website, www.unom.ac.in. The results are available in digital format only.Results declared for multiple streamsThe University of Madras conducted the examinations for the November 2025 examinations for a wide range of courses. These courses include the Undergraduate courses such as BA, B.Com, B.Sc, and other UG courses. The Postgraduate courses such as MA, M.Com, M.Sc, and other PG courses are also included in the results announced by the University of Madras.The results are also available for the professional courses such as Law, Management, and other professional courses. The results are also available for the Urdu (ODE) courses and other courses such as distance courses and courses in regional languages.Steps to check the result onlineThe students are required to log in to the official website www.unom.ac.in or egovernance.unom.ac.in to access the results. On the home page, the candidates are required to click on the “Results” button and then click on the UG/PG result option available on the home page at unom.ac.in/results.php.To access the marks obtained in the exam, the candidates are required to enter the Register Number and Date of Birth in the format DD/MM/YYYY. Finally, the candidates are required to click on the “Submit” button to access the result.The university has also clarified that no hard copy of the marksheets is dispatched. All the candidates are required to download the provisional marksheets from the official website.Details mentioned on the marksheets and revaluation windowThe details available on the online marksheets are the name of the student, register number, name of the course, subject code, subject name, marks obtained, maximum marks, total marks, result status, and result date.It is advised that students should verify all details carefully after downloading the marksheet. If discrepancies are found, students should immediately contact the examination authority.A facility of revaluation and rechecking has been made available for a period of two to three days on the official website. Candidates who wish to reassess their answer scripts may apply online by paying the prescribed fee.
