Eligibility criteria
Candidates who have passed Class 10 are eligible to apply for the Forest Guard, Field Guard and Jail Prahari posts.For the Assistant Jail Superintendent post, candidates must have a graduate degree from a recognised university.Age limitFor Forest Guard, Field Guard and Jail Prahari posts, candidates must be between 18 and 33 years of age. For the Assistant Jail Superintendent post, the age limit is 21 to 33 years.The age will be calculated as on January 01, 2026. Upper age relaxation will be given to reserved category candidates as per government rules.
Application fee
The application fee is Rs 500 for candidates belonging to the General, Other Backward Classes (OBC) and Economically Weaker Sections (EWS) categories.Candidates belonging to Scheduled Caste (SC), Scheduled Tribe (ST), female, Physically Handicapped (PH) and Persons with Disabilities (PWD) categories need to pay Rs 250.
