Mahatma Gandhi University (MGU) has officially released the Telangana Integrated Common Entrance Test (TS ICET) 2026 notification for MBA and MCA aspirants. The registration process is set to begin on February 12, 2026. Application fee and payment mode

The registration fee for general category candidates is 750, whereas SC/ST and differently abled candidates are eligible for a concessional fee of 550. There are various options available for making payments, like credit/debit cards, net banking, or payment at TS Online Centres. Three late fees are fixed according to the delay in application submission: 250, 1,000, and 10,000.

Exam pattern and medium of test

TS ICET 2026 will test candidates in three sections:

  • Section A: Analytical Ability: Available in English & Telugu or English & Urdu
  • Section B: Mathematical Ability: Available in English & Telugu or English & Urdu
  • Section C: Communication Ability: English only

The qualifying marks for general candidates is 25% (50/200), whereas SC/ST candidates are exempted from the minimum qualifying marks.

Ranking and merit

The candidates will be awarded ranks at the state level based on the performance. In case of a tie, the matter is resolved by comparing the answers first of Section A, then Section B, and finally, the older candidate is given priority.
