Japan’s Kento Momota has booked his place in the BWF World Championships final after completing a stunning comeback against Chinese Taipei’s Chou Tien Chen.
Chou took the opening game 21-17, but Momota responded brilliantly, winning the second 21-11 before sealing the deciding game 21-10. The Japanese star turned the semifinal around after falling behind early, raising his intensity and controlling the crucial stages to complete a 17-21, 21-11, 21-10 victory.
